Billie Oakley passed away at Asante Ashland Community Hospital July 3, 2016. She was born March 1, 1925 in Paris, Ark. to Floyd and Nancy Winner. She lived with her family in Oklahoma and Arizona.Billie married Charles Oakley March 22, 1945 in Phoenix, Ariz. and moved to Ashland, Ore. in 1946 where she lived out her remaining years.
