Azalia Zilpha Haraldson Chunn, 97, passed away peacefully Monday, July 11, 2016 in Grants Pass, Oregon in the arms of her daughter. She was surrounded by an extensive loving family of both blood relations and Oak Lane Retirement Home residents and staff.
