Frederick W. Blackwell, 79, of Medford, Ore. passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016. Fred grew up in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University.Fred received his M.S. in Mathematics from Stanford University and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
