Ricardo "Rick" Rios, 54, of Medford, Ore. passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 at Hearthstone Nursing Facility. He was born June 29, 1961 in Germany. His parents, now deceased, were Bonifacio and Lynn Rios. He grew up in Germany, California, and Washington State.Ricardo joined the United States Air Force shortly after turning 21 years old serving a total of 4 years, 11 months, and 18 days, almost 2 years of that being of foreign service prior to his honorable discharge.
