Vic Goin, 73, passed away February 16, 2016 at 1:37 a.m. at the Yuma Regional Medical Center after complications from a ruptured aortic aneurysm. Vic and his wife, Dorene Jeanette Leach Goin, resided in Shady Cove, Ore. They were vacationing for the winter in Yuma, Ariz. at the time of Vic's passing.Vic was born November 10, 1942 to Francis Lehman Goin and Viola Beatrice Smith Goin in Southgate, Calif.
