Robert E. McDonnell left this earth to be with the Lord January 13, 2016. He was born November 14, 1930 to Fred and Matilda McDonnell in Woodburn, Ore.At one year of age, his parents moved the family to Oconto, Neb. where he spent his youth. After leaving high school, Robert joined the United States Navy. Upon his release from naval service, he returned to Oregon and married Julia Padula. [...]
