December 30, 1935 - August 9, 2017LaVeta was born in Jay, Oklahoma to John and Savoila Earp. She was the youngest of four children, brothers, Les Earp (deceased), Grover Earp, and Houston Earp of Redmond, Oregon. She married Delmar Ray Looper in May of 1953 in Prineville, Ore.
