Paul William Gibson, 47, longtime resident of the Rogue Valley, passed away December 10, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nev. Paul was born in Simi Valley, California on January 12, 1968 to Arthur and Margaret (Kelly) Gibson. When his family moved to Southern Oregon in the mid 1970's Paul attended Talent Elementary and Middle Schools.
