February 3, 1922 - January 10, 2017Oscar F. "Bud" Silver, 94, of Ashland, Oregon passed away January 10, 2017 at his home.Bud was born in 1922 in Ashland, Ore. to Oscar F. Silver Sr. and Alberta (Reid) Silver. His grandparents, Harry W. and Jessie Silver founded the Lithia Springs Bottling Company.
