Michael Adair Mitchell, 69, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Oregon. A memorial service will be held at noon Monday, January 9, 2017 at at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors located in Grants Pass, Ore.
