February 28, 1961 - October 29, 2016Kevin Frederick Wooldridge, 55, passed away October 29, 2016 at Rogue Regional Medical Center with his two daughters by his side. He was born in Chicago Ill. to the late Michael Wooldridge and Joan Burghardt. His family returned to Medford where Kevin lived until his passing.Kevin loved playing his guitar and sketching.
